How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like power racks and treadmills, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days and includes a scheduled curbside drop-off.
What is your return policy on fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as compression wear and sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Yes, we partner with professional technicians to provide optional white-glove assembly services. You can add this option at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.
Are your weights and bars Olympic standard?
We carry both Standard (1-inch) and Olympic (2-inch) equipment. Please check the product specifications on each page to ensure compatibility with your existing gear.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger equipment purchases, we also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm.
Does my equipment come with a warranty?
Most of our heavy machinery and strength equipment comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and frame defects. Wearable items and accessories have a 90-day limited warranty.
